Session 1 Reset & Repattern
In your first session, we focus on:
60 minutes
Identifying subconscious triggers and smoking patterns
Releasing the automatic association between stress, routine, and smoking
Installing new responses and identity-based change
Hypnotic conditioning to reduce cravings and break habitual loops
By the end of this session, most clients report a noticeable shift in desire, attachment, or automatic urge patterns.

Session 2 Reinforcement & Stability
Scheduled after your initial session.
45-60 minutes
Strengthening subconscious reinforcement of non-smoking identity
Addressing any remaining triggers or situational cues
Locking in long-term behavioral consistency
Enhancing confidence in maintaining change effortlessly
This follow-up session ensures the changes hold strong in real-world conditions.
Why Two Sessions?
Many clients experience a complete shift after the first session.
The second session is designed to reinforce and stabilize that change so it holds long-term. This structure is designed to:
Increase long-term success rates
Prevent relapse patterns before they re-establish
Provide support during real-world exposure after the first session

As part of the process, clients are asked to:
- Dispose of all smoking products the day before their session
- Arrive to the session smoke-free on the day of the appointment
These steps signal readiness and allow the session to be as effective as possible. Results depend on readiness, compliance, and complete nicotine cessation.
